The starting point is that the company and the requirements for the position are carefully reviewed. This is because we, in a professional manner, should be able to describe the situation to potential candidates.
Here we determine what industries and companies we will survey to find the right candidate. We systematically go through specific target companies where potential candidates can be found. In addition, we check industry-specific organizations and use internal databases, networking, Internet and anonymous sources. The work is always strictly confidential.
We will contact the identified candidates, present and sell the specific position and the company/organization. We check the candidate's profile and formal qualifications in skill-based phone interviews. We identify and approach potential candidates in a professional manner and evaluate the matching and the person’s interest in the position.
You will receive a list with clear overview of the interested and relevant candidates. The list specifies the requirements you had set up for the position and how well the candidates respond to these needs.
